Breaking News; Man faints at the scene of the Balogun market gutted by fire.

One of the busiest markets in Nigeria known as Balogun market in the city of Lagos has been gutted by fire and it is spreading extremely. It started at about 11 am this morning. The exact location is at Sunny Adewale street opposite Oluwole car park close to American plaza and Anambra plaza where shoes and China clothes are been sold. Thus, one casualty has been recorded , a man fainted at the scene and an ambulance has rushed him to the nearest hospital.

the Federal fire service are seen trying to salvage the situation while the second batch of fire fighters just came in about 20 minutes ago to help quench this inferno that is gradually engulfing the market but more fire fighters are needed. Staff from the ministry of special duties and non governmental relations have arrived at the scene.

however,marketers and traders are seen trying to salvage their goods before the lose everything as goods worth millions of naira are already been consumed by this wild fire.

it will be recalled that a couple of weeks ago Balogun market was gutted by fire an many goods worth millions of naira were lost.

as at the time of filling this report, traders who have lost their goods were seen crying and the entire area is in pandemonium.
